The interior of this stately four-story home had lost much of its historical beauty due to multiple invasive and dated remodels. The bones were still there, including great windows and square footage, but the fireplace, molding details, and layout had been altered. Our great team collaborated with the new homeowner to restore this historic home to its original magnificence, with thoughtful updates such as a double-decker porch on the back that enhanced its livability.

I guided the homeowners through the process of a whole house restoration from pre-purchase to final move-in, redefining the trim treatment, space layout, opening to a better indoor-outdoor connection and letting the home shine again. Most of the furnishings belonged to the homeowners prior to moving.
