the Union

An Irvington duplex had seen better days until owners envisioned a single family home.

Restructured from the ground up the original footprint and window opening are original with a new facade. Brick from the original foundation was re-purposed to give interior accents.

Basement was dug out to create just enough space for a theatre seating, and five wallpapers were chosen to bring fresh graphic punch to white paneling that flows throughout the home.

The result is intimate spaces within a large flowing floor plan. Custom graphics at the front door signal that you're about to experience something different. Indeed.
